The pricing shown in this website is NOT retail pricing, but a discounted internet direct pricing, about 35 to 40% below retail.
We reserve the right to change prices according to the cost of the raw materials. Just like gasoline or beef, the cost of raw materials goes up and down. The prices shown on the website are the current discounted internet direct prices.
Payment Methods:
Our On-line ordering system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. No checks, COD’s or in-laws accepted.
IN STOCK/OUT OF STOCK Status:
Our website shows the stocking status of each item. If for some reason the item is OUT OF STOCK, please check back for ordering capability. If for some reason an item becomes OUT OF STOCK in between the time orders are placed and shipped, we will email you at your email address in your profile and let you know when it will ship separately from the rest of you order. You will not pay additional shipping charges.
Returns:
Any return claim, must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please email us at: support@grategrinds.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and state the reason for your return. Please write this RAN clearly on the outside of the package. We are unable to refund your shipping charges.

When you “Create an Account” on our website, you will benefit on follow up orders as your personal shipping and billing information will already be on file. With your email address in your account profile, you will receive tracking information on your order sent to your email. By your use of our website, you consent to have us collect and store your personal shipping and billing information. No credit card information will be stored.

We will NEVER sell, trade, barter, rent or lease your personal information to anyone, unless required by law or legal matters, beyond our control, PERIOD. We don't like it, neither do you. We have better stuff to do.

Once your order has been transmitted, your credit card will be processed immediately electronically and cannot be changed. Please make sure that your orders are correct before “Submitting” them.
International Orders:
